SIA Martyn's Law guidance consultation - Webinar

Over the coming weeks, the Security Industry Authority (SIA) is inviting those that might be in scope of, or with interest in Martyn's Law to review and comment on new draft statutory guidance. This consultation is an important opportunity for organisations to understand how the SIA intends to regulate when Martyn’s Law comes into force – expected to be in Spring  2027.
